Bell Attendant / Driver

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a professional Bell Attendant / Driver to provide dual support to guests, managing luggage services and transportation as required. This role requires excellent physical stamina, a polite demeanor, and a valid driver's license.

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
Transport guest luggage to and from rooms efficiently and safely.
Drive hotel vehicles for guest transportation (airport, local errands) when required, adhering to all UAE traffic laws.
Provide courteous and helpful service, offering information about hotel facilities and local areas.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bell Attendant or Hotel Driver is strongly preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License is required.
Excellent physical condition to handle heavy luggage.
Strong customer service skills and a professional presentation.
