Chief Supervisor - Service Providers

# Receive and implement the daily work plan

# Supervising and analyzing gaps in the management of operational processes, developing corrective measures and ensuring that they are not repeat

# Follow up on service level agreements with external service providers and ensure implementation of standards and requirement

# Identifying weaknesses and improvement opportunities for service provider centers and submitting comments to the direct manage

# Adhere to RTA information Security Policies and Procedures, related to data protection and as per approved regulation

# Work to submit proposals contribute to improving procedures, developing the service mechanism, and addressing problems radically

# Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department

# Submit recommendations to the department director to develop work and contribute to enhancing the implementation of development projects # Supervising the preparation and implementation of the department’s key performance indicate

# Supervising questionnaires/opinion polls and extracting developmental results, whether operational processes or the needs of employees or customers

# Contribute to developing the department’s work plan according to the technical, administrative and financial # Supervising the follow-up of coordination between management and strategic partners

# Supervising the technical and administrative reports submitted to the department director

Education

# Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university Bachelor's: 6 years of practical experience in the field Diploma: 13 years of practical experience in the field
