Civil Foreman

ASCC is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and manage the skilled and unskilled construction labor force on high-rise project sites. The Foreman is essential in translating engineering instructions into practical, safe, and quality work on the ground.

Directly supervise and instruct construction labor teams (carpenters, steel fixers, masons, etc.).
Ensure work is executed as per the Site Engineer's instructions, drawings, and safety standards.
Manage and organize materials, tools, and equipment efficiently on the site.
Monitor productivity and quality of work on a daily basis.
Report daily progress, issues, and labor attendance to the Site Engineer.
Requirements:

Proven experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
Minimum experience (5+ years) as a Civil Foreman in the UAE.
Strong leadership and communication skills for managing large labor teams.
Excellent knowledge of construction site safety procedures and best practices.
Candidates must be available in the UAE.
