Commi - Philippine Cuisine

Nehal Hotel Abu Dhabi is hiring a Commi specialized in Philippine Cuisine. The role involves assisting senior chefs with the preparation and cooking of authentic Philippine dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Chef de Partie with mise en place and food preparation specific to Philippine Cuisine recipes.
Ensure the workstation is clean and sanitary during operation.
Follow all instructions accurately regarding cooking, plating, and portion control.
Requirements:

Candidates currently residing in the UAE only will be considered.
Relevant hotel experience is preferred.
Specialized cooking experience or passion for Philippine Cuisine is required.
