City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis 1 to join our Kitchen team. This role is a vital step in a culinary career, focusing on supporting senior chefs and mastering basic preparation techniques in a dynamic hotel kitchen environment.

Assist the Chef de Partie and other senior chefs with mise en place and food preparation for various kitchen sections.
Ensure the kitchen section is kept clean, organized, and compliant with all hygiene standards.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Manage assigned tasks efficiently and communicate effectively within the team.
Requirements:

Must be currently based in the UAE.
Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
Strong passion for cooking and a genuine willingness to learn and accept direction.
Solid knowledge of basic food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as a reliable part of a team.
