City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Commis 2 to join our Kitchen team. This entry-level role is perfect for aspiring chefs eager to start their careers, learn fundamental culinary skills, and contribute to the smooth operation of a professional hotel kitchen.

Support the Commis 1 and senior kitchen staff with basic prep work, including washing, peeling, chopping, and ensuring ingredients are ready for service.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work stations, storage areas, and kitchen equipment.
Adhere strictly to all hotel food hygiene and safety standards.
Carry out all delegated tasks efficiently and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
Requirements:

Must be currently based in the UAE.
Previous experience is not mandatory, but a strong passion for cooking is essential.
Willingness to learn rapidly and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
