Job Description
The CRM Manager will be the expert responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all CRM initiatives. Key responsibilities typically include:
Strategy Development: Designing and implementing a comprehensive, end-to-end CRM strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
System Management: Overseeing the functionality, maintenance, and integration of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), ensuring data quality and integrity.
Campaign Execution: Planning and executing targeted multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, app notifications) based on customer segmentation and behavior.
Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing customer data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing and sales performance.
Customer Journey: Mapping and optimizing the customer journey to ensure a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements
This role requires significant experience in Customer Relationship Management and relevant education:
Experience: Minimum 8 to 12 years of professional experience in CRM strategy, management, and execution. Experience managing CRM systems and initiatives, preferably within premium retail, luxury goods, or a related sector, is highly beneficial.
Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Any relevant Post-Graduate degree (PG) in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
