Job Description
The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking a qualified Duty Engineer to be the shift supervisor and lead technical responder for all engineering issues during their shift. This critical role ensures the hotel runs smoothly and safely 24/7.
Requirements
Supervise the engineering team and maintenance staff during the assigned shift.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical emergencies and critical system failures.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel plant rooms, critical equipment, and building systems.
Ensure all maintenance logs, shift handovers, and technical reports are accurately completed.
Maintain the safety and operational continuity of the hotel premises.
Requirements:
Previous experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or senior technician role within a large hotel or facility.
Technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills across all building systems (MEP/BMS).
Proven ability to manage emergencies and lead a team under pressure.
