Engineer - Right of way Services

Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas and suggestions

- Attending training workshops and reviewing the technical guidelines followed in the organization

- Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department

- Adhere to RTA information Security Policies and Procedures, related to data protection and as per approved regulations

- Study and approve temporary entrances, exits, and fencing applications for the construction site while considering traffic safety requirements

- Study and evaluate traffic diversions for minor and main roads in coordination with relevant departments in the Roads and Transport Authority

- Process no-objection certificates for gate level applications

- Issue work permits in right of way and review plans according to the technical standards followed by the Roads and Transport Authority

- Conducting field visits for long-term road diversions and ensuring the contractor's compliance with the approved permits

- Review and approve permits for temporary pavement occupancy requests while maintaining clear pedestrian walkways

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience
