F&B Hostess

The Tower Plaza Hotel is looking for a gracious F&B Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests entering the hotel’s restaurants. This role ensures a warm welcome, efficient seating, and accurate management of reservations.

Warmly welcome and greet all guests upon arrival at the restaurant or outlet.
Manage the reservation system, seating charts, and dining room traffic flow efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and present menus, providing preliminary information.
Handle guest inquiries and phone reservations professionally.
Ensure the host station and entrance area are kept clean and presentable.
Requirements:

Previous experience (1-2 years) as a Hostess in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
Exceptional grooming standards and a professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage high-volume seating and reservation systems.
