Food Servers

The Tower Plaza Hotel is looking for experienced Food Servers to provide attentive and professional service across its various dining outlets. This role is key to delivering memorable F&B experiences to hotel guests.

Welcome guests and take accurate food and beverage orders efficiently.
Serve meals and drinks, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.
Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly between courses and after guests depart.
Handle guest requests and process bills accurately and professionally.
Requirements:

Previous experience (1-2 years) as a Food Server, preferably in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
