Guest Service Associate

Nehal Hotel Abu Dhabi is hiring a Guest Service Associate for dual roles in F&B and the Bell Desk. This entry-level position is perfect for freshers who are customer-focused and eager to gain experience across different hotel service departments.

Responsibilities (F&B Support):

Assist with basic food and beverage service and setup/clearing in outlets.
Provide quick and courteous service to dining guests.
Responsibilities (Bell Desk Support):

Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery upon arrival and departure.
Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests.
Requirements:

Candidates currently residing in the UAE only will be considered.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Relevant hotel experience is preferred.
Strong communication and a passion for customer service are required.
