Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all Safety and Hygiene Compliance procedures, especially in high-traffic and play areas.
Cleaning Excellence: Execute detailed cleaning schedules, including public areas, restrooms, and play equipment, ensuring they meet brand standards.
Guest Interaction: Maintain professional and polite Customer Interaction, assisting guests with minor requests when needed.
Resource Management: Manage cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Discipline: Demonstrate excellent Time Management & Attention to Detail in completing tasks efficiently.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a professional Housekeeping or facilities role (preferably within a customer-facing environment).
