Job Description
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and presentation in all guest rooms, ensuring an exceptional and comfortable stay experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Room Servicing: Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms to hotel standards.
Supply Management: Replenish room supplies, amenities, and linen accurately, according to established par levels.
Guest Interaction: Handle guest requests promptly and politely, reporting any maintenance issues or lost and found items immediately.
Safety & Hygiene: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Time Management: Complete assigned rooms within the designated time limits while maintaining quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar professional cleaning role, preferably in a 3-star or 4-star hotel.
Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical work and stand for extended periods.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, reliability, a polite and professional demeanor, and a team player attitude.
Language: Basic proficiency in English to communicate with guests and supervisors.
