Insurance Approval Officer

Shifa Al Jazeera UAE is seeking a qualified Insurance Approval Officer to join the team. This specialized role is responsible for efficiently submitting and tracking requests for pre-approvals and guarantees of payment from insurance companies for planned treatments and services.

Prepare and submit documentation necessary to obtain insurance approvals for procedures, tests, and treatments.
Follow up actively with insurance providers to track the status of pending approvals and resolve delays.
Communicate approval statuses and any required clarifications to the clinical staff and the Insurance Coordinator.
Ensure full compliance with individual insurance company regulations and submission guidelines.
Requirements:

English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
UAE experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
Demonstrated experience in submitting and obtaining medical insurance pre-approvals.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple approval queues simultaneously.
