Insurance Coordinator

Shifa Al Jazeera UAE is seeking a qualified Insurance Coordinator to join the team in Sharjah and Ajman. This specialized role manages the communication and documentation related to patient health insurance, ensuring claims are handled correctly.

Verify patient insurance eligibility, coverage details, and policy limits prior to service.
Coordinate necessary documentation between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers.
Manage patient communication regarding payment responsibilities and non-covered services.
Maintain accurate records of all insurance pre-approvals and payment guarantees.
Requirements:

English and Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
UAE experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
Knowledge of common insurance company protocols and systems.
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
