Kitchen Technician

The Majestic Team is seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician to ensure the continuous and safe operation of all commercial kitchen equipment. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards and efficiency of our Food & Beverage operations.

Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on all kitchen equipment, including ovens, ranges, chillers, freezers, dishwashers, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to kitchen machinery.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and inventory of spare parts.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests from the kitchen team.
Requirements:

Previous experience (3+ years) as a Kitchen Technician or Maintenance Technician, preferably within a hotel or large commercial catering facility.
Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration technology.
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, repair, and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex problems quickly.
