Kitchen Technician

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a skilled Kitchen Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of all commercial kitchen equipment. This role is vital for ensuring the seamless operation of the hotel's Food & Beverage department.

Perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs on all commercial kitchen and laundry equipment (e.g., ovens, chillers, ranges, dishwashers).
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in industrial kitchen machinery.
Ensure all repair and maintenance work complies with safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.
Requirements:

Previous experience (3+ years) as a Kitchen Technician in a large hotel or commercial catering environment.
Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills specific to commercial cooking and cooling equipment.
