Job Description
ASCC is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and quality control of all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) within high-rise building projects.
Requirements
Supervise the execution of all mechanical works on site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and codes.
Coordinate with the main contractor, subcontractors, and other MEP trades.
Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical reports.
Witness testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards for mechanical installations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in high-rise building projects is mandatory, specifically with MEP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Significant experience (5+ years) in mechanical site supervision and coordination in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE building codes related to mechanical systems.
Candidates must be available in the UAE.
