Party Coordinator / Host

You will be the face and energy of our celebrations, responsible for the end-to-end execution of birthday parties and events. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a dynamic, client-focused personality to ensure a seamless and joyful experience for every guest.

Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communication from booking to post-event follow-up.
Event Execution: Oversee and coordinate all elements of booked parties, ensuring timely setup, smooth flow of activities, and high-quality service delivery.
Customer Engagement: Actively interact with parents and children, engaging them in activities and consistently going the extra mile to enhance the customer experience.
Planning & Logistics: Assist in the initial event planning, scheduling staff, managing resources, and troubleshooting any issues on the day of the event.
Sales Promotion: Promote additional services or packages to existing clients to maximize event value.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Event Coordination, Party Hosting, or Hospitality.
Outstanding Client Interaction and Communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
A naturally energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-service-oriented personality.
