Promising Engineer "Fast Track" Program

The program targets highly qualified university graduate engineers from the UAE and is designed to equip them with technical and administrative skills over a two-year period. Through rapid development opportunities and a clear career path, participants will be trained to become the next wave of specialists at the Roads and Transport Authority.


Criteria and Conditions for Selecting Candidates:

Applicants must meet the following conditions to qualify for the program:

• The candidate must be a UAE citizen.

• He/she must have a cumulative GPA of no less than (3.5) in his/her most recent academic achievement.

• He/she must have graduated within two years.

• The applicant must be between 21 and 26 years old.

• The candidate must pass the tests and personal interviews

He/she must have a university degree or equivalent in engineering from a recognized university.
