Quantity Surveyor

Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and perform accurate material take-offs from project drawings.
Monitor site progress and prepare interim valuations and final accounts for client billing.
Evaluate and negotiate variations and claims with clients and subcontractors.
Assist in the procurement process by analyzing sub-contractor quotes and commercial terms.
Perform cost-to-complete analyses and provide financial reports to project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
Experience in industrial services, particularly in insulation and scaffolding contracts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and specialized quantity surveying software.
Familiarity with FIDIC and local UAE contract laws.
