Restaurant Supervisor

Novecento Dubai is hiring a combined Restaurant Supervisor / Head Waiter to lead and support the front-of-house service team. This is a key supervisory role responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring service standards are met, and providing exceptional guest service in an upscale dining environment. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate the team.

Supervise service staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth, efficient service during shifts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest satisfaction, handling and resolving any service issues.
Train and mentor junior waiting staff on high service standards and menu knowledge.
Oversee the floor, managing table flow, reservations, and ensuring the venue is always presented impeccably.
Utilize knowledge of restaurant operations to maintain efficiency and cost control.
Requirements:
Strong experience in upscale dining or hospitality is mandatory.
Excellent communication and guest-service skills are required.
