Retouching Specialist

The Retouching Specialist will be responsible for the flawless post-production of all photography, ensuring visual consistency and superior quality. Key duties typically include:

Image Enhancement: Performing advanced retouching, color correction, masking, and compositing on interior and furniture photography for advertising, web, and print.
Quality Control: Ensuring all finished images adhere to established brand guidelines and high-resolution standards for different output platforms.
Workflow Management: Managing and organizing a high volume of digital assets and maintaining an efficient post-production workflow.
Collaboration: Working closely with photographers, graphic designers, and the marketing team to achieve desired visual outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, is essential.

Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of professional experience dedicated to high-end photo retouching and image editing. Experience with product photography, interior design visuals, or luxury retail brands is highly desirable.
Education: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Design or a related field (e.g., Photography, Visual Arts, Multimedia).
