Sales Manager

The Tower Plaza Hotel is hiring a specialized Sales Manager (MICE) responsible for actively identifying, pursuing, and securing group business related to meetings, corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions. This role drives significant revenue through dedicated group sales efforts.

Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring MICE business and achieving set revenue targets.
Proactively search for new MICE leads, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts with corporate clients and event organizers.
Maintain strong relationships with Professional Conference Organizers (PCOs) and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and liaise closely with the banqueting and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:

Previous experience (3+ years) as a Sales Manager focused exclusively on the MICE segment, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel in Dubai.
Proven ability to achieve high group sales targets and manage complex event logistics.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
