Sales Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Engagement & Sales Support Executive to handle WhatsApp inquiries, customer communications, follow-up calls, and basic sales closures. The role is completely office-based and involves coordinating with existing and potential customers, answering queries, following up, and closing simple service sales where possible. No field visits are required.

Customer Communication

Respond to customer and potential customer inquiries via WhatsApp and calls

Provide clear and accurate information about company services

Maintain professional, polite, and timely communication

Follow-Ups & Sales Support

Make daily follow-up calls to: Interested customers Pending inquiries Existing customers for feedback

Assist in closing simple sales based on customer requirements

Share complex or high-value cases with management

Inquiry & Lead Handling

Maintain records of: Customer inquiries Follow-ups made Sales closed or pending

Ensure no inquiry or follow-up is missed


Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams for service status and updates

Provide basic daily or weekly reports on: Inquiries handled Follow-ups completed Sales closed Pending leads

Desired Candidate Profile

Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and office systems

Basic sales and customer-handling mindset

Organized, polite, and confident when speaking to customers

Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets is a plus)
