Key Requirements & Qualifications
This senior leadership role requires extensive experience and advanced education:

Experience: A minimum of 10 to 14 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial capacity. Experience within premium retail, e-commerce, or the luxury sector is highly advantageous.
Education: Must possess one of the following qualifications:
Masters degree
MBA (Master of Business Administration)
Any relevant Post-Graduate degree (PG) in Marketing, Digital Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

As the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing the comprehensive digital strategy for Sobha Furniture. Key duties typically include:

Developing and implementing high-impact digital marketing campaigns across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display).
Managing the e-commerce presence and driving online sales and brand visibility.
Analyzing digital performance metrics, ROI, and customer journeys to optimize spend and strategy.
Leading and mentoring a team of digital specialists and collaborating closely with sales and product teams.
Ensuring the brand's digital presence aligns with its premium identity and overall business objectives.
