Senior Waiter

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join the team at MayaBay Dubai. This role requires leadership qualities, advanced service skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering the highest level of luxury dining service.
Provide polished, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
Act as a point of contact for guests, resolving minor issues efficiently and professionally.
Assist in training and coaching junior Waiters on service standards, product knowledge, and sequence of service.
Oversee a dedicated section of the restaurant, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including wine pairings and specialty cocktails.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, appearance, and conduct in the dining room at all times.
Contribute to revenue generation through strategic upselling and promotional efforts.

Mandatory: Significant and verifiable hospitality experience in the UAE, preferably within a luxury or fine dining establishment.
Proven ability to lead a service section and demonstrate initiative.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong ability to handle demanding guest interactions with grace.
Impeccable grooming and a consistently professional appearance.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage service protocols.
Proficiency in POS systems and order management.
