KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Monitor the E-Traffic System and regular follow up on improvements.
# Responsible for creating Daily / Monthly report on the Work Process.
# Provide a professional customer service delivery by receive and solve the all the escalation may arise with the clients through immediate actions or short term planning and sets own priorities to ensure task completion.
# Identify customer satisfaction issues and work with other business areas to drive preventive and corrective actions for long term. # Supervise the RTA and the Strategic Partners services centers.

Requirements
# Bachelor / Higher Diploma degree in business administration or Public Relations with 0-2 years experience from a recognized university, Or Diploma with 2 years working experience, Or High School with 5 years working experience in relevant field
