Oversee front-of-house operations for a new 2026 restaurant opening in Dubai.
Supervise and mentor the service team, including waiters, runners, and hostesses.

Manage floor seating, resolve customer complaints, and oversee daily opening/closing procedures.

Proven supervisory experience in high-end or fine-dining restaurant environments.
