Job Description
The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking a highly professional Telephone Operator to manage the hotel's central switchboard and handle all internal and external communication efficiently. This role is key to providing prompt service to guests.
Requirements
Manage all incoming, outgoing, and internal calls using the hotel switchboard system.
Direct calls accurately and promptly to the correct departments or guest rooms.
Handle wake-up call requests, guest messages, and emergency calls according to hotel protocol.
Maintain a polite, professional, and clear communication style at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Telephone Operator, preferably in a hotel Front Office.
Clear and professional verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
Ability to handle multiple lines and remain calm during high-volume periods or emergencies.
