Waiter

The Majestic Team is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters to provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests in our various dining outlets. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to outstanding guest satisfaction.

Welcome guests, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage offerings.
Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
Serve orders promptly, ensuring presentation and temperature standards are met.
Clear and reset tables efficiently and manage billing processes.
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience.
Previous experience (1+ year) as a Waiter or Food & Beverage Server, preferably within a four or five-star hotel.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
